Tad has worked in the construction and coating industry for more than 40 years. Tad has extensive experience in protective coatings (particularly Polyurea, Epoxies and Ceramics), waterproofing, passive fire protection, mining (OC & UG), and shotcrete. Tad is CEO and technical director for the group and his key role is bringing in and developing new products and solutions for our customers globally.
Nathan Spencer
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Nathan is the MD for ShieldCrete Australia. He helps us deliver new innovations and technologies to our group and provides additional coating technical expertise and experience. Nathan specializes in power utilities, thermal insulation coatings, corrosion investigation, forensic investigation and bushfire protection. He is a chartered civil/structural engineer and expertly merges theory and practice.
Chris Gallager
VICE PRESIDENT
Chris has over 20 years’
experience in logistical/operations management along with
developing and managing contractual functions for multi-billion dollar companies in several countries around the
globe. Chris also has extensive experience in Process Plant
Shutdown maintenance around the globe, Chris brings vast knowledge and skills to our team around the Mining industry.
Mike McGrory
TREASURER
Mike has over 28 years’ experience in Mineral Process Plant operations around the world including managing the
Operations and Maintenance of some of the lowest cost per
tonnes/milled and highest utilisation process plants
anywhere in the world. Focused on increasing up time of process plant while optimising and improving target production areas while at the same time reducing operating costs is a real area of strength.
Kishore Kumar
TECHNICAL GROUP MANAGER
Kishorehas extensive qualifications in chemistry, maths, physics, marketing and business management. But he is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced polymer chemists in the world.
Kishore has more than 35 years of experience in High Performance Industrial coating, construction chemicals, & waterproofing of which 15 years dedicated to establishing
Polyurea/Polyurethane elastomers, hybrids, polyaspartates and Specialty coatings. He has been instrumental in the development of BeltShield
Kevin Gallager
SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Kevin after several years in differing industries including the
Military, Large Scale Construction and Forestry moved to Mineral Processing. His mechanical
knowledge and understanding allows him to troubleshoot & improve processes and improve efficiencies while increasing production output.
Kevin founded Miltrac International Reline company and over the past 15 years has grown that to one of
the most trusted and sort after brands around the world for mill
relines.
Kevin brings a strong knowledge of Process operations and business opportunity solutions.
Stephanie DeGuzman
TECHNICAL SALES & CEO PHILIPPINES
Stephanie is a Mechanical Engineer with more than 8 years’ experience in industrial coatings and applications in South East Asia. Her areas of specialty are polyurea coatings, passive fire protection and concrete protection.
Stephanie is also the CEO of our Philippines office and is a key element of our technical support team globally.
